What do you mean never released the song officially?? The album with Ambulance on it came out in 2011.... Just cause it didn't have a music video doesn't mean someone else can steal it! And if someone stole a song you wrote would it be ok as long as they sang if faster than yours? Changing the tempo doesn't make it right to steal!
