It's time to face my fears...well...my food fears to be exact. Today my culinary producers Olivia and Rachel are in the kitchen to help me confront four foods I cannot stomach. Some of these might surprise you so tell me in the comments what common foods truly disgust you!

The problem with his mindset - and I’ve learned this because I have started to overcome my own personal food aversions- is the fact that he’s acting soooo overly cringed before he eats it. The worst thing that happens when you try a food you don’t like is you spit it out. So you have to go into it with a renewed mind and an open mind. That way you really try the food for what it is. Not what you think you think about it. Sometimes foods change taste to your taste buds over time. And I promise you there are many worse foods than a banana ! Lol

I didn't grow up eating yogurt or brocolli, but learned to really love them as an adult.

I used to hate cold cheese, too, for many many years, so I get it. The thing I’ve only recently come around to…and I usually have to REALLY feel adventuresome are runny egg yolks. They are the grossest to me.

I don't care if this is 2 months ago but my god how much of a baby are you bananas aren't even bad broccoli's fucking good if you cook it right Wich obviously you don't cheese is just good overall who doesn't love cheese and yogurt is understandable but there's no need to gross out over it and be dramatic
