just a typical me channel surfing via iptv till i saw this channel. im familiar with it immediately and the fact that it shown one of my fav tv moments, as i like to call it, "broadcast notice", i decided to record it. also the design so very nice.
here's the translation from basque & spanish to english: "The content that is currently being broadcast does not have the rights to be offered via the internet. excuse the nuisance." "The broadcast content does not have rights for dissemination over the Internet. sorry for the inconvenience."
im not sure about the term "broadcasting rights", or it might be called "emission rights", and i couldn't find anything online so i'll just leave the voice-over like that.
someone already posted a similar notice but with different design on april 2022 ( • ETB - Derechos de emision ), the vid description was (translated to english): "Looped video in ETB broadcasts on the internet when they cut the broadcast due to copyright."
