Getting one of the worlds biggest Film composers on stage was really something. Eivor is obviously the greatest vocalist there is. It should be remembered that she also co composer with John also. They were the dream team.

the only thing that is really disturbing on this show is the age of the characters. some of them are way to young to fit into the role they play.

she carries ages and centuries in her voice. just crazy good! regarding the title of your channel you should -no, you NEED - to check out the swedish anna von hausswolff. she rocks with a very own branch of it. tiny person, vocal giantess. come wander with me music video should do it for a first impression. her sister maria is filming her videos, she has won several awards, just the latest one for her movie "godland". eivor, susanne sundfor and anna von hausswolff are my top favourit singer and musicians on this planet

A trance is also a reaction. I would have done the same but mine got disturbed a couple of times (naming no names 😀). She had me hooked when I saw the video of her performing "Spellbound" (Trodlabundin) outdoors by a fjord in Norway, and as for "Falling Free" ... ... .

Eivør provides just the right background atmosphere to the Netflix historical drama ‘The Last Kingdom’ with her tribal chanting/wailing and occasional singing. The series over five seasons covers the story of the struggle between Saxons and Danes in 9th-and 10th-century England, when England was not one nation but a series of independent kingdoms variously overrun or ravaged by Danes.
