Many years ago I would listen to music, get lost in it and feel emotions. I got old and cynical, tried not to do that, so I could get through one day after another. Then, there is a voice that wrenches me out of my blankness. Suddenly I am just weeping, because I can not hold on any more. A brilliant brilliant woman used her voice, it is her, but I think she is channeling goddesses too. If you are actually reading this nonsense Eivor, know that you inspired one real person to love music again.

Brother, I use music to get through my day. I am so glad you've found it. And I don't believe it's just music. Songs like this work on a deep level. They heal. If you don't believe me, go look at Coke Studio videos of Sufi Singers. The comments are all Indians and Pakistanis expressing their love for each other because of the music. Your tears are a form of healing. I feel ecstatic states, close to god when I listen to...divine music like this, or the Sufis or Dimyti Soul. So nice you are on your musical journey.

I listen to this and I am pinned to the side of a fjord, whilst falling through the air, hoping a valkyrie might save me and take me to the old gods. Nothing left to say. (From a sentimental ol' Angle.)

I consider myself a tough person and that's who I am, I've been through a lot, I'm not the only one. Listening to this song, I bleat like a little baby. I know that tears reflect our experiences. Unfortunately, not everyone can get up after it. Now I don't know if I'm crying for what I went through or for those who couldn't get up. Since I was a child, I cared more about other people's problems than my own :(
