The internet has so many great guitar tutorials now... but does it get better than these 10 minute tutorials from the man himself? One of these EJ videos should keep me busy for a year or three. And thanks EJ for being concerned about other people who need the basics in life! All class!!!

It's amazing how his sound is so distinctively his even though he's playing the most basic scale with only 5 notes. His runs are so unique and unmatched. Amazing lesson as always, and I'll be donating to a local food bank!

Dear Eric, thank you so much for these uploads. I only got bitten by the guitar bug quite recently - but to hear you live is up high on my bucket list. Your sound truly is a relief for sore ears. It would be amazing if you would come to Europe again one day, but I guess I will have to come to Texas. Please stay safe in these crazy times.

Awesome stuff Eric! Thank You for sharing, and dropping these wonderful jems upon us! I've been an avid follower, fan, and disciple of yours since 89. I love your approach to chord melody, and Trademark was the one that lit the fire underneath me to get it together in ALL the keys! My Grandad was Howard Roberts, however I never got a chance to study with him. Your influence stimulated me to dust off H.R is a Dirty Guitar player, and immerse myself in jazz. Thank You! In this episode, I find hilarious that although you say, "here it is slow" and may mean to play it slow, you cannot! Pickers Syndrome. I have it too!

You make me a better player by just seeing you do what you do. It seems as though you use your index finger in the bar an awfully lot doing your runs that gets you ready for a chord. I personally think that is brilliant. Not only for chords but facilitates in fingering the scale.

Hi Eric. Would it be possible to share any tips on your tricks for fixing a guitar's intonation ? (ie: Buzz Feiten system vs standard ways of doing it, etc, as we all know guitars never tend to be pitch perfect over the entire fretboard). Also I once read you unscrew pedals, is that to minimise noise? Thank you so much. Much love to everything you've contributed to this planet.
