EJ spoke 3 languages here if I remember correctly; filipino, english, and spanish. at the start of round 2, that was Spanish. EJ's angle was to show everyone that he knew spanish better and Cali was just pretending(still related to his angle about cali having too many DNA parameters).

the way that the crew reacted to ej's rounds specifically with the mom bars, bat bars, and brutality all in all, you know that they were caught off guard including smoove, they were expecting a promo battle but instead they got to see ej going for the kill but to be real and just for comparison the way ej prepped for this battle is just light work stage 1 brutality, perhaps he was given heads up that people there ain't ready for it, here in PH if only all of the rap battle channels have subbed videos, you will realize how actually brutal it is, nothing is safe from drug habits, stereotypes, girlfriends, wives, friends, and family (whether ded or alive) all being brutally violated verbally, we even got local racism for fellow Filipinos speaking in local dialect, basically a lot of below the belt bars on a regular basis, but emcees here are different and they accept it as part of the sport (atleast most of them 😅) on the side note I also feel that this is not cali smoov's best, I've checked some of his battles and I feel like he could've gone toe to toe
