In any critical situation temperature, pressure high or low , any other critical interlock acts in Turbine The Emergency Stop Value ESV will close Suddenly to save the turbine

At the time of turbine rolling there is no steam flow through the turbine, whenever steam passes through the stream then only temperature will raise, The warm up vent was placed nearly to the Esv inlet line before

Why a hogger is needed initially, when ejector can do the same job!

Hello Durga Hogger is also one kind of ejector, but it's size and steam consumption is higher and it is required when there is no vacuum in condenser and you need more power to establish the initial vacuum. Once you have established the initial vacuum then there is only requirement of only to maintain which may be small as.compared to initial requirements.
