Focus on this Daniel, please we need some kind of advice on how to improvise when trying to speak since we don't live in USA and therefore we don't have someone else correcting us or telling us the correct words that we should use on a particular case. I mean I'm not even sure if that could even be a correct point of view about learning, maybe that's something that goes with the flow when we practice the grammar we had learned, but you know it is a fact that the mayority of people say things like "Entiendo el inglés cuando lo hablan pero me cuesta mucho hablarlo yo". Traten de encontrar un trabajo donde puedan hablar inglés todo el día y hablen con ustedes todo el día . Traten de elegir diferentes temas que requieran diferente vocabulario. Hablar con uno mismo es lo que hace la diferencia. Para corregir usen ChatGPT y también para aprender expresiones

My personal goal is study cosmetology I have been learn English 2 years ago and I taking my cosm. Class in English is not easy but I try to learn something new everyday. In my experience it's better studying Elementary and Middle School in USA you save a lot of money and time and your english getting better too fast, because you are sourrounded by native most of time and you can improve your listening and speaking in short time. The problem comes after that, when you are an adult

Es normal que cuando digo algo en español lo traduzco en mi mente pero en Inglés? me da mucho estrés tratándo de buscar la manera de traducirlo, primero traducía el inglés a español ahora es al revés ayudaaaa!

Esa no es la forma correcta de aprender idiomas, debes centrarte a escuchar todos los dias y tratar de repetir lo que escuchas.

Totalmente de acuerdo. No traduzcas, solo aprende las expresiones de calle, (claro si no sabes el significado puedes preguntarles que significan) las expresiones y frases reales que hablan los nativos son las que te ayudarán a dejar de traducir. Luego repitelas tal cual y usalas en tus conversaciones diarias
