Before lockdown around three years back, we had an opportunity to travel by this train and we're surprised to see every hour the catering person comes with new dishes. Surprising fact was that the caterers were selling the product at the price fixed by the railway administration. At least on that day quality, quantity and the taste was truly great. I congratulate the caterer for his service and thank Indian railways for pasting the rate card in every compartment.

Yes.... this (mandovi - named after mandovi river in goa )train has variety of food snacks.... those gulab jams are served hot every time.... sleeper class also has good food snacks like Dabeli, Bhel, matka dahi etc... i travell from Ratnagiri to Mumbai..
