This guy is so true. Yes IITians only pick up the pen to write the solution. Most of the candidates aim IIT without any purpose. I personally was forced into giving JEE, because there was a propaganda that if you dont get CSE in IIT, you will get into poverty. That was the only reason I forced myself to prepare for IIT, but couldn't take it after 4 months. I felt that if I would've done something else at that time, I would have felt validated while also working for a sustainable future. Trust me, if you are in this race not by yourself then you will soon quit, it is not going to be sustainable. If you are by yourself, then good luck.

Granted IIT is more difficult than MIT or Harvard but still it is MIT and Harvard and other foreign institutions that are producing good research scholars and Nobel laureates. What is the use of having a difficult entrance exam if you can't even contribute to the development of modern science? I know funding by the government is also a big factor, which is mostly lacking in India, but still no good work is being done here. Most IItians just think about getting lucrative jobs, and the ones who are talented go and settle in foreign countries. We need to build this country and I don't see how that's gonna happen.

Well... I can remember my jee days I cleared Mains in 12th but could not clear advanced then I took drop simultaneously appeared in Nda exam and cleared but failed in SSB interview on the 5th day. If no. of applicants increase the no. of of students that will still be selected will be around 4000. Its the overpopulation of India that makes IIT tougher to go to. (I agree getting into IIT is not a piece of cake. Mujhe bhi nahi mila 😅)

Guys kota factory show IIT prep in negative way, every student is different their way of solving question are different. Everybody who clears this exam is a human not some so called geniuses like Einstein. Only hardwork and consistancy pays. Why beacuse "ONLY CONSISTANCY HAS SOLUTION" mathematics law for soutions of two equations

I will say this was a bit too exagerrated, IIT is not a round trip to moon, you prepare the right way you make it, if you don't u make it to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, so don't make a fuss, IIT offers better opportunities, but you can make a better future even from other colleges, so stay in the present and work that's what gets you going

Isme ek cheez nahi dikhaya. Agar tum rich ho aur tumhare pas reservation bhi hyay to kam mehnat se bhi tum IIT jabsakte ho. Mera student jo bohot rich thha aur usse kuch bhi nahi aata tha, woh bhi NIT Silchar gaya, woh bhi electrical engineering le ke kyu ki uske paas ST reservation thha. I literally got upset with this sad ending, really wanted him to get succeeded but the ending scene when Vaibhav and Jeetu bhaiyya were looking at each other when they were passing on the road was so heart melting for me. I myself was a repeater some 20 years back. I prepared to get into an engineering university I couldn't pass in the first attempt and was shattered after that, but then I decided to go for another attempt when my parents and relatives were against that. I repeated and it was really worth it. I got into the same engineering university next year, earned my engineering in computer science degree from there and few years later moved out of Pakistan and from last 8 years I am working in Sydney Australia.
