wow love the aesthetics of the white and black cube I need a red crimson black faceplate with black gba player...on my to do list with the gc loader. Great video subbed because it's gamecube! I would definitely add the lcd screen and thE EZ flash omega to play all GB,GBC,GBA and NES games "docked" on the cube then on the go! the switch is not a new thing it existed 20 years ago with the best console ever!

My cube is almost modded to the max. Fan, battery, led port, gc loader, but I did the internal Pluto hdmi 2 mod. I had the kaico adapter, but I didn't like the chunk hanging off the back stressing the port.

Using the GameCube action replay disc with the correct region also lets you access an sd card thru the memory slot flashed with swiss:) love the vid keep it up!

Imo its way easier to just mod a wii u and play gc roms on there the emulation is so perfect that u will forget its not on offical hardware and u just plug that gamecube controller adapter and your ready to go

Personal opinion for GameCube games: I prefer having a de-interlaced 480p or just progressive scan 480p output from my devices as I prefer to use an external upscaler like the mcable or mclassic, I even tend to use them with my emulators depending on the game, if it's a 3d game but the emulator can't increase the resolution OR if I have to use software rendering because of certain grapical bugs then the mcable will end up being my main choice of upscaler for the game. for 2d games not so much, the mcable doesn't work as well on those, and I prefer the pixellated look anyway.

You should integrate all the external mods so it's one complete unit.. so you can use your wireless dongle and not lose a socket.. and do this with all ports so you can still opt to use all ports for controllers..

Is there an actual HDMI mod for the Gamecube versus the converter? Wondering why you didn't go with something like that instead. With the comparisons, in the Pokemon opening you can actually see the checkerboard dithering pattern in the grass/bushes rather than it all getting blended together! That's pretty cool! The texture of the couch in the Melee opening is also super clear.

There is an actual mod but I think the converter is better because of the software but I honestly don’t know enough. At the very least it’s the same and I just would rather have the plug and play solution. I love modding but I’m still a work smarter not harder guy. I appreciate the comment!
