Ekatha in Kannada | Without ekatha, Can We Register a Property? | CS Sudheer

We have got one site at Tiptur.The site was purchased some 60 years ago by my father.At that time no town planning authority was there. Now we have decided to sell our site.We have Ekhatha but on enquiry I found that after property is registered purchaser can not get ekhatha tranferred to his name since the classification is unapproved.What is your suggestion.

Hi Sir, I got my eswathu recently from gramàpanchayath but my aadhar number is missing in eswathu. Pls help me where I can get my aadhar number updated into eswathu. This update can be done in grampanchayat or registerer office ?Please help.

Sir, you can get your aadhar number updated in grama panchayat only, submit one written request to PDO.
