ಸರ್ ನಾನು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ (Non agricultural layout) ನಲ್ಲಿ, ಒಂದು ಸೈಟ್ ಥಗೊಂಡಿದಿನಿ 30*40. ಸೈಟ್ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಕೂಡ ಆಗಿ ಹೋಗಿದೆ.. ಈಗ ಖಾತೆ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದಿನಿ .. 45 ದಿನ ಒಳಗೆ form 9 and Form 11 ಸಿಗತ್ತೆ ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿದ್ರು ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಆಪರಟರ್.. ಈಗ ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳ ಕಳೆದಿದೆ .. ಈಗ ಕೇಳಿದ್ರೆ server down ಇದೆ ಅಂತಾರೆ , ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಂದಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.. ನಾನು ಏನ್ ಮಾಡ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ ? ಯಾರಿಗೆ ದೂರು ಕೊಡಲಿ ? ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಈ ಒಂದು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸೊಲ್ಯೂಷನ್ಸ್ ಕೊಡಿ ಸರ್ ...

if we have layout Approved by NPA and Odd site (e.g.: 100x100 - given 11a) was under the approval copy. Portion (e.g.: 40x60)of it was given has 11b instead of 11a. Any specific reason for it? and can this be converted to 11a? what are the steps for it

Sir, Layout has ekhata, why individual sites have 11b khata. Can you explain pls. Is there a problem if we buy such plot. It is DC converted. Approved by Hoskote planning authority as well.
