Songs like these are my lifeline. Back then my mom would hum while cooking and cleaning. She'd play lullabyes and music with no words. So whenever, I find something like this, I can only remember those days where I was still in diapers, trying to walk around, and listening to that music. This song in particular has immense soul and reminds me of certain anime like eve no jikan, gin no saje, mushishi, and natsume's book of friends~ so lovely~

Bob42jh hey dude! Thank you for your kindness. ^\\^ Summer is going well and is kind of getting more and more fabulous as it goes. Though life for me is a slow beat thing. So it can boring to most but it's fun. I hope your summer is going splendidly as well. And as always, your great taste in music is marvelous. Keep being you and enjoy the good vibes~

omg that is really what i thought while listening to this it feels like a music from japan. thanks for releasing this sounds nice!
@HipHopSavedMyWife9 жыл бұрын
the description suits this perfectly it does remind me of artists like Float 11 and Little West what ever happened to those guys? What happened to the whole scene in Japan?? They used to release compilations, albums every month. I wonder if Jun's death killed off the rest of Hip Hop in Japan. Even people digitcrates, goontrax used to release a absurd amount now it seems like nothing...

HipHopSavedMyWife Too many ?s lol I spoke of this a long time ago on comments way in the past and you should know more then most but it's was dying out for years it was just a country that was behind in downloading habits and bootlegging habits and now it has a sound that's evolving and some don't like it for that, examples are the more recent Japanese Label releases featuring the same old rappers or K-Pop and J-Pop singers on cringey hooks. And that has nothing to do with Nujabes.. It got boring or it got old but people saw the death long long before it happened. But that don't take away the fact that there is GREAT music coming out at the moment. Instrumental wise it's been a great year!

Bob42jh I agree, it got too overused and then it started to get boring. The rapping/singing with those 'cringey' hooks killed it for me too (although there were some that pulled it off well). I do go back to the golden classics from Ayur, Little West, Quasar, RDB, Valentin, Woodblue, Tsunenori, Vee and others from time to time, you know to like revitalize my listening experience.

If this didn't have a title or picture, what would be the first thing that comes to your mind? Colours, themes, temperatures, seasons, activities, emotions etc. what IS the essence of this song? Because to me it's too 'bright' to be the moon or twilight.

sorry but what does EP stand for?
@Bob42jh9 жыл бұрын
Yang Nguyễn EP stands for Extended Play, meaning more then just a Single and a b-side but not enought for a full length..etc Like this upload for example, instead of it being just 1 song it leads you to 5!
