I have a question. If the walls are tapered. will it not change the dimension of casted product.

In calculation of bore diameter i.e. machining allowance If the same dimensions are provided with shrinkage allowance then what would happens to the bore diameter... Up to my understanding, to get 80mm diameter bore ..if we include both shrinkage and machining allowance...we don't need to prove any allowance to the pattern... Is it correct ????
