I can't record videos continuously. Some times 1 min. Some times 5 mis. It will auto stoping recording video. It's deference deference times. What is the reason?

Probably your SD card is too slow.

Thank you for the info on the 4k, but what about the 2.7k@30fps, is that one real or interpolated?

From what i know the Allwiner chipset can only do 1080p@60fps while the higher resolutions are made possible by using mjpeg compression and it works like taking high frame rate photos.

Thank you and you're right, I checked the video output with MediaInfo and it has the 2.7k & 4k listed as 'motion jpeg' instead of a video compression format such as AVC/h.264. The 1080p/60fps is amazing so I am happy with the camera, great quality for the price.

2.7k is real and 4k is like 1080p but expanded so 4k will be the same looking as real 4k

The 4K is actually a MJPEG video made from successive pictures.

i wish this thing have custom firmware so we can't adjust the video resolution to increase record time, the 1080 is too much to me bc of large file size. the 720p 120 kinda bullshit, should decrease the file size but 120fps reduce the record time LMAO..

Well this was a budget camera so you can't expect deep customization. You can find custom bit rate settings on GoPros running the labs firmware.

So *that* is the purpose of the 'spare doors' :-)) I was looking for the explanation why these additional doors have two black rubbers in the opposite direction compared to the doors already mounted to the waterproof housing and I found a few reviews saying these are spare doors but didn't notice the openings.

Great video, Thank you for all the explanations. Do you know if the accessories that come along with this Eken camera can be used with a GoPro too? I consider buying a GoPro at the end of the year and I was wondering if I will be able to use (part of) the accessories I will already have from Eken.

Most of them will work with GoPro also, just not the waterproof case.

Good breakdown of Eken H9R. My Sunco SO71 "Burst" rate has 3s 5s 10s and 20s! Who would take 20 per second, may as well film at 25fps LOL

That is one picture at 20 seconds, not 20 pictures in one seconds :D

Not bad continuous "Time Delay" mode! Just tried Photo Burst at 20 per second, it took about 4 to 5 seconds to do 20 pics (good resolution/clarity) so yes it took 20 pics but not 20/s LOL
