Thank you, James. I’m working through some deep trauma after an experience with Ayahuasca about a year ago left me bed-ridden and suicidal. Yoga Nidra has been a profound tool. I’d love to teach it eventually. I’m wondering if you offer scholarships for your teacher training? I have been able to work, but I may take a break from work to go deeper as there are parts of me screaming to be witnessed & integrated. 🙏

Sorry to learn about your experience. I know several people who did the Ayahuasca thing and they never considered the possibility of it causing any type of trauma. (or maybe it would be bringing up past traumas?) Now I feel the need to find out whether there is a significant incidence of some really bad after effect. I have to confess that I would be more apt to look into micro-dosing psilocybin. Well before (if ever) doing Ayahuasca.
