This is the first yoga practice I have done in a looong time. I used to really enjoy yoga and go almost daily to a studio, but some time ago I couldn’t afford to go to any classes and I didn’t muster up the energy to practice by myself. Today this video called to me and after I was so happy I cried, I forgot how good it feels to do something for myself

I can’t reach the ground with my heels and yes, I feel a lot of pressure in my shoulders and hands. But to make the down dog more narrow, doesn’t help take the pressure away. What else could I try? Because my heels still don’t really touch the ground when I make it more narrow.

Still here, exercising along. 😊 I’m proud to say my upper body strength is much better since my last comment 10 years back. 😅 (Interestingly enough, I only gained upper body strength after I had my daughter in 2018. It was a noticeable increase in strength over just 2-3 months. I’m not mad at it. 😂 It’s helped my endurance increase to be able to finish these yoga exercises.)

This is one of the most relaxing and helpful relaxation yoga practices! Esther literally has the most relaxing and peaceful voice and energy. Although I did just do the practice, I sometimes just listen to this video while I'm doing something else, to aid my relaxation and calm mind. Thank you. It is a true gift. Good night

this was wonderful but surprised you didn't mention the bending of the knees and how that can be so helpful to lengthen the spine to avoid the rounding and to bring more ease into the pose.
