I found a way to get it downloaded. Just need to figure out how to post it to patreon now, I'm pretty new to that stuff.

Back end moving like that is definitely allowing your car to leave inconsistently every time. Once you get the back tight I’d look into using some tire prep. It will help a ton especially in the first half of the pass. I’ve got me a dr10m on preorder also. Can’t wait to see you getting some passes in with yours when you get it. Hopefully we won’t have to wait too long to get them.

My plan is to set this car up as close as possible to what the dr10m will be so that when I finally get it I'll be ready. Hoping to hit the ground running!

Car looks like it’s working great I think it’s probably some inconsistencies on your tire temperature get a set a tire warmers leave them on there for 5 to 10 minutes and make a pass a lot of your issues will be fixed. 🍻 Love your channel keep up the good work🍻

Thank you!! I've stayed away from tire warmers so far but I know I'll need them when I start heading to events.

@@FullThrottleRC Just pick up a set of hot bands for $60 and you’ll be good to go! Best tire warmers for the money out. And they just run off a spare lipo.

Im currently thinking of getting a slipper eliminator for my DR10 i recently built. Also, i have a Maclan DRK coming as well, do i need to download a program to make adjustments on the esc?
@FullThrottleRC2 жыл бұрын
There's an app if you have the Bluetooth for the drk or you could just use a laptop. The Maclan software is on their website

Why do you not use preload in the rear shocks to help with darting to the right? Just asking out of ignorance so please don’t take any offense to this question
@FullThrottleRC2 жыл бұрын
No question is a dumb question. I love all questions. I do use preload to "steer" the car as you can see in some of my other videos. This particular case though I had a feeling it was more of the car spinning than something that preload could fix. I believe its the next video after this one, you can see I did start adding preload and it ended up helping.

can you do a first reaction/thoughts on the dr10m

The car is on preorder!! I'm so excited for it.

Definitely needs a new shock tower. Them holes are shot. Or get a longer screw to really clamp that d block in place
@FullThrottleRC2 жыл бұрын
That's exactly what I'm thinking. I want to try to strengthen up that rear!
@jeremymothershead68902 жыл бұрын
@@FullThrottleRC I’ve pulled those screws out almost completely when I took the waterfall off the car awhile back when I put risers under the trans. If you don’t have risers, I recommend 4mm. The car was mint after that. And some gfrp brass hubs.

To me it looks like the front suspension is too soft. Its causing the rear tires to unload. So far I'm having luck with my B6 bullet. I have 70wt fluid in the front with cw yellow springs in the front, 100wt in the rear with cw red springs. 300k diff fluid
@FullThrottleRC2 жыл бұрын
I'll look into that next time I'm going through the shocks. I'm a little curious how it'll react with a stiffer front suspension

Becareful doing long burnouts ,it can damage your esc.
@FullThrottleRC2 жыл бұрын
I try to stay below half throttle for my burnouts. Mainly doing longer burnouts cause I'm too cheap to buy tire warmers yet!😂
@maikolrodriquez2 жыл бұрын
@@FullThrottleRCeven that tactic still leads to way too much stress. you don't need to spend on tire warmers. They are overpiced and overhyped. and you need to wait for them. my group and i switched to simply using heat guns. there are battery powered ones that will work wonders. you use those instead of doing a burnout, and you can have way faster cooldowns between runs. As well as not having a one-trick-pony tool. you get tire warmers just for warming tires. heat guns have tons of applications.
