no it wouldn't have. I get the love for the map (it's peak), but for the whole stage there were at best three people able to read it +HD and one of them (forum) stated he hates the map as a hidden pick

Why EZ is not tested in OWC? I think it's also a skill that can be tested. The closest thing to it is only HD pick with AR7-8.

Because it does not really align with the general idea of how rhythm games are played. OWC is not an exam, it doesn't test anything, it's just a competition.

the same reason we don't have ar11 isn't in tournaments: they're too extreme and niche for tournaments

Because the EZ playerbase is too small (even tho a lot of top players have some form of proficiency at EZ there is still a huge gap with top EZ players). It's not interesting in tournament because in 80% of cases the outcome of the map is decided before playing due to 1 or 2 players being much better than everyone. Same for ar11

​@NatiiixLP ​i think with your comparison to an exam you seem to think that players don't practise maps outside of gimmick slots -- there are very much many slots in the pool which require practice to 'learn' the map or 'memorise' certain patterns, without the map being ar6. The subsequent comments give a much more coherent explanation for OPs question, which is that pushing the limits of low/high ar or high CS or FL or [insert lazer mod here] is just way too niche.
