I'm American and I was outraged when I heard they were making an American version. I like this version because it's more real than American teen series, like 90201 and Gossip Girl are entirely unrelatable, whereas Skins is so much more realistic.

@DrKush4ever No not really..I guess he was so pissed that Everyone loved naomily more than thomas or that they got special treatment..and maybe because they were the most popular of skins gen 2 and had most fans whilst thomas had barely. Plus, i think on his S4 episode, when people didnt see much of naomily, he got pissed or annoyed saying something like, " i'm annoyed by the naomily fans, every week, not enough naomily..this is skins not the adventures of..."something like that on his twitter.

It's not published yet but i have a pdf file of a short summary draft made by the author. Just in case you want to access it, just ask me or just Google it if you want. Its made by a Dr. Anne Cook. Hmm not sure...

So in that case ill get if he gets jealous of others success or popularity. Lily's right they did help me accept myself but I think it's going to be hard telling my parents I mean I've told some people but they weren't really like that's gross get away from me they just accepted it and when I told my guidance counsellor she was like oh I already knew and then I was tat if shI'm 14 and bisexual but I prefer girls but if a nice guy comes along and likes me and I like him back I'll definitely go for it because I don't want to miss anymore opportunities.

Also by the way i watched his interviews, he did sometimes seemed a little bit of a douche. Most of the things he said where about naomily fans. i dont think he hates the characters that MUCH tbh more of maybe some jealousy, ill give him that, but i think its mostly about naomily fans. hehe naomily fans, like myself, tend to be really protective when it comes to naomily.

@TheChocoThief Of course Naomily is Skins!!! its the very reason i started watching the show. No I actually have a draft of a somewhat summary part of the book. in pdf.... its really interesting . So if you want a copy i could give it. But it can be downloaded on the internet as well. the film was moved until next year. most prob summer of 2012 but it was finally confirmed to be a go. its still happening based on gen 2! So gen 2 would not be complete without naomily.
