Thanks! This was actually shot several years ago, but I've been slowly going through my catalog of films to get them scanned. I just scanned this one this afternoon.

Only issue I have this is how at the end of each shot the camera drops.

It's raw footage from a Bolex with an electric motor, which tended to spin down at the end of the shot so any motion of the camera at the end is highly exaggerated because it speeds that motion up right at the tail

@@negativespacefilmlab Ah. Having known that wouldn't you know how long the spin down lasts and know how long to keep still till is has spun down? Just for it you were going to projecta film it would make cuts a little nicer.

Is that the new Ektachrome 100D or the old version?
@negativespacefilmlab
@negativespacefilmlab 5 жыл бұрын
Larry Wilson It’s the old version, shot in 2010 I think, but scanned by myself recently. I’ve been scanning some of the new Ektachrome in Super8 for some clients and just finished shooting a roll myself today. Looking forward to trying out some of the new Ektachrome in 16mm soon

This is amazing, what camera was that? ... and who did the scan?
@negativespacefilmlab
@negativespacefilmlab 6 жыл бұрын
MachineguncrewProd The camera is a Bolex H16 with an electric motor. I did the scan myself with my custom 2K 12bit setup. There should be a link in the description for my services
