I know Dr's Twi is improving but they should tell him to stop saying that we have brought training allowances that we (y3 or y3n) cancelled. You (or we) didn't cancel it so he should say that the allowance that "he or Mahama" cancelled, the NPP govt has brought it back.

@iddris, do you know that the SHS block will be meaningless if you cannot afford to take your child to the school? And that those who were able to afford it were able to send their children to school in another towns? And because the Free SHS, every child is able to go to school any where within the country free and without worrying about paying fees. Answer me, how many were able to go to school in the available schools?
