According to the plaintiff, she’s gone to 3 courts before this one… Domestic violent is a criminal offence and the 3 courts including this 4th, have failed to prosecute the man accordingly despite the evidence tendered. I think the judgement is soft and may not really serve as deterrent. Why report this kind of case when there is no deterrent? What is 20k? Till the woman die?

You're right o but you see humans, there's no guarantee that a stronger one would not subjugate the weaker. You might find it hard to believe but then look at the way certain women deal with their maids or house helps, sometimes it's so bad it's a headline. A lot of women would beat the brakes off their husbands, if only they were stronger. I lived with a neighbour that beats her sick husband at will and you know, the thing affected their children as every child around, including girls sort to bully them because we had the perception they were born by a weak man. So it's a human thing, Unfortunately so.
