Oh boy, I spent three months searching for info on this track and eventually found it! I believe it's really a track by Groove Chronicles. It was released under two different names, "Feelings" and "Good Times". I think it was the "Good Times" version that was released on a proper Groove Chronicles album, and there was a "hidden" drum n' bass track tacked on at the end of it. I'm pretty sure you can download it in mp3 format at various UK garage mp3 website stores.
