Hi! No, you don't need to register as long as you're not intend to make commercial videos. But most places considered to be nature parks where drones are prohibited. Perito Moreno, Iguazu, etc. So my Mavic 2 that time appeared to be most expensive useless piece of luggage :-)

Anyway, Perito Moreno is breathtaking amazing piece of nature. And you definitely can find picturesque spots to shoot drone video around Argentina Lake.
