Ah, thanks! And I like the suggestion! Not sure how I could do it though, since battle vests are curated individually over time, and not just sold as-is, like shirts. Maybe I could show people wearing battle vests and take a closer look at them. I'll try to keep that in mind next time I'm there. Thanks again!

Ah, it's been back to normal for quite some time now. I think the only lasting effect of COV1D is that there still aren't live bands like there used to be. Funny you couldn't find a Razor shirt. I've bought two there over the years, and seen quite a few. But as I said in the video, it's kind of funny...you see some shirts all the time, for ages, then they're gone. Then you see new shirts that have never been at any stand (like the Cliff 'Em All shirt I pointed out in the video, which I had never seen until yesterday).

@@danbowskimexico Mexico City is somewhat back to normal. I was there on 7/2/2022, and I didn’t see a Razor shirt, like I was hoping too. When I went to the Pyramids. They were not letting anyone climb them. El Chopo didn’t look as big as it was like in your pre COV!D videos. I’m definitely going back to Mexico City and El Chopo for sure. There is just so much to see there in general.

Hey Brother, I'll be going to México City for the MAIDEN concert on the 7th of September. From your experience, when do they start selling the shirts on the streets (non certified vendors)? I'll be arriving early morning the 6th. 🤘 UP THE IRONS!

Hey, I'll be there too! I'd say some of them start to set up early afternoon, most will be up and running around 3:00 or 4:00, and everything should be in full swing by 5:00. Could depend on the weather, though (September is always the rainiest month).

So many new shirts I wanna get. I saw another Righteous Pigs shirt of the first album, Live And Learn, so I need to get that one!!! That Spanish KISS LP rules. Did you check if it had the inserts? The Iron Maiden mural looks awesome! Can’t believe people messed it up with the graffiti. Hope it’s still there and repainted when I get back there. So much I wanna get when I return.

No inserts. I don't know if it even came with inserts when it was new. And when I opened it at home, the gatefold picture is the same one as Alive II. I thought it was a bootleg or something, but a KISS-nerd friend told me that's how they were made in Mexico (in 1978). I checked Discogs, and yep, he's right.

Alot of that Tshirt merchandise is just copies and takeoffs, it's not authorized licensed merch from the band. Too bad. Peru , Brazil and Argentina has the same copied stuff and open air markets situation.
