Dziękuję bardzo za ten spacer znajomymi uliczkami Cotillo!!!

Great idea, John, to do a Q & A session, and the lovely location subtly underlines what is so special about the island. Helen and I always sit in that same place for a cervesa when we visit el Cotillo! It's interesting to see the island economy gaining momentum, more shops opening, property going up, new developments etc... I do hope places like el Cotillo are not changed beyond recognition, though, losing that which makes them so special! Looking forward to the next edition!

Thank you very much Alan. I hope so too. I guess if it grows too much people will still go there but a different type of person.

Hi-thanks for the good explanations. Are there any plans to develop the area along the long beach below the Toston tower, south of the village of El Cotillo?
@JPinFuerteventura6 жыл бұрын
I have heard rumours that they are considering putting down some type of ecological road surface but they say there will be no building development. Thanks for watching Roberto.

Hi, so how much cost to buy, the second hand car? Thanks.
@JPinFuerteventura5 жыл бұрын
Almost twice what they would cost in the UK as cars are more expensive here (but they do hold their value).

Hi John, how is the Situation in Costa Calma? is it fancy and expensive to buy a Bungalow or Finca there? or a bigger Appartement 75+m2. And what do you think about establishing a Massage-Businnes in Fuerte, especially in Costa Calma or Morro Jable, because i am thinking over it. Thanks for your vids.
@JPinFuerteventura5 жыл бұрын
Hi Markus. Well they aren't questions I can answer properly. I suggest you look at the property agents websites in the area. This one for example - www.idealista.com/en/geo/venta-viviendas/costa-calma-fuerteventura/ With regard to starting a massage business, to me the island seems to be overrun with massage/alternative therapy services. Having said that, many of these businesses have been around for years so they must me making money from it. Sorry, that isn't much help is it.

The ones on the left of the ice cream parlor were Swiss. They were talking about something costing 250 quid 😆

@@JPinFuerteventura Swiss German. "250 Stutz". I like your content. I'm from Switzerland but Ireland has been my home for over 11 years now, but I do like the sun so my wife and I are currently looking into retiring to the Canaries, preferrably Fuerteventura.

El Cotillo is really beautiful and relaxed- it doesn´t seem to be as noisy as Corralejo. I would always prefer a "village feeling" instead of a hectic city nightlife.
@JPinFuerteventura6 жыл бұрын
It has just the right balance of peace and quiet together with enough bars and restaurants so that you don't get bored going to one every night. Thanks for watching Mai.

would be interesting to see a interview with a squatter!
@JPinFuerteventura5 жыл бұрын
Frankly I wouldn't give them the time of day Julia. One of my viewers owns an apartment in the capital, which he spends the winter in for health reasons. A couple of years ago, during the summer, squatters moved in and it took him 9 months to legally remove them. When he got access again everything had gone - not only his furniture and belongings but even the whole of the kitchen. Thanks for watching.

Could you make an entire video speaking only in Spanish?I suppose you already know enough Spanish living in Fuerteventura.thank for reading.

It would be a very short video! Although my Spanish is improving (slowly) I couldn't do one in Spanish. Interesting idea though.
