What else is there for them to do? Its difficult to judge these people cos, the poor usually eat once a day, they have no social support or welfare support, they dont have hostels or places where they could apply for free lunch. Not many are happy in that country, their values and sense of moral has been erroded to the point where they seem to be semi dangerous at times. If you have a little money, you develop anxiety as every single individual wants a pound of flesh. They have horned the art of fraud and lies to a new unexpected height. No matter what your IQ says, i betcha, you will get conned regularly and you just simply expect and accept it otherwise your mental health will go up the creek. Due to this fact, some are eternally lazy as they victim hound instead. Who do you blame? Its the system. There are hardly any worthwhile schools. A huge number struggle to attain any useful level of education due to poverty. The economy has been drained of any useful resources and those that struggle to have a tiny roadside business are taxed by street urchins, who themselves resort to this method to make ends meet and to serve the purpose of a higher level king pin. Its a sad situation for an oil producing country with numerous fantastic natural resources but only a handful enjoy all the benefit. So, who do you blame? Thats the question.
