This recipe for Al Pastor Pork Kebabs by Ryan of @thelittleholding is a fire-cooked fusion of homegrown food and slowly reared meat from @pipersfarm. The combination of tangy, crunchy rhubarb, a cooling herb yoghurt and of course the smoky, lightly spiced pork makes for an incredibly tasty sharing feast.
