Glad to read you guys had fun, I went back to El Salvador in May after 10 years and it’s incredible how much the country has changed, peaceful, people always friendly, great places to visit, volcanos, little towns, lakes, food and so much more… I also live in Cali so there’s lots of similar places.

Our driver got him to a plastic surgeon in San Salvador and had him stitched and glued that afternoon. The doc did a phenomenal job. 7 months later and you can barely notice the scar. Everyone on the trip was joking that they are going to El Sal for any future plastic surgery needs.
