Wow - Great Video - I am From El Salvador and Moved to the US in 1980 (12 years old) - Talk about culture shock - I think I understand but from the Opposite side. I started school 2 weeks after arriving, no English at all it was terrifying as a child.... took the wrong school bus twice, went into the Girls Locker room, etc. I felt miserable all the time. Once someone asked me "How Old Are you?" I replied "Fine Thank You!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣 at least you were an adult - blessings to you and your family 🤣 I dream to go back HOME but now I am married to A Mexican Beauty and have two girls - no way to go back for now. Betterhelp came a little late for me - but good luck to you!

Coatepeque is incredible like the entire El Salvador but the hotel prices are just insane. I've stayed for less in 4star hotels in Dubai. Same insane hotel prices by the coast as well. Hopefully, more hotels will appear across the country and prices will normalize a bit soon.

Really? I found that the hotel prices are actually very reasonable and comparable to what you would pay in the city as well. The Residence (Apartment options) was less than most local beachfront Airbnbs with the same amount of space as well and you could bring your own food 😊 El Salvador is AMAZING and while it may be more expensive than other areas it is still much less expensive to vacation here than the US for example where a budget hotel would cost more than our stay at this incredible hotel.
