Great info. Thanks for this. Much appreciated. Love how you break down the maps and the detail about water entry/currents. Really superb!

Nice work. I’m headed down from CO in a couple weeks to visit a friend who stays there about half the year and this will make me less clueless and better able to advocate for where to surf as well. Cheers

My suggestion is to look more at the period than the size, odds are if its over 12-14s there will be some good sets.

Surfline is never very accurate in central america unfortunately!

If its really small you can cross sunzal river and surf the beach break by the community center....fun beach break/rivermouth

Great video i surf a Longboard im intermediate surfer im planing a trip in September or October to El Salvador or Nicaragua what to you suggest Thank You.

@@billmcpherson6758 September and October the the wettest months. You can score at that time just be prepared for hurricanes and heavy storms. November is a better month if you can swing it because the hurricane season ends. Highly recommend you wear ear plugs in El Salvador if it's been raining.

Would you say the walk to the break and the main city would feel safe for a female to walk back and forth. Thanks for all the info!
@sigmasurf6 ай бұрын
Absolutely safe. Insanely safe. One of the safest places with the most friendly locals in all of Central America. People are so polite here. It's safer and friendlier than Costa Rica. Especially in the tourist areas. The most annoying thing you with deal with as a female alone is that if you walk on the main road, and not the beach, the locals driving by will honk their horn at you if they think you are cute. They mean nothing by it though actually for them its a compliment, just typical machismo culture. Come surf you here you will love it.

Ahaha ok thanks so much! I wanted to say do you thinks Sunzol is a good middle place to be if you want to try out punta roca and el zonte if you have a scooter? Also thanks for all the input looking forward to seeing more places you go!!!
@sigmasurf6 ай бұрын
@@22Emmarose 10 minutes ride to Punta Roca, to the east, and 15 minutes ride to El Zonte to the west. You can also take busses for about 25 cents each direction. I have a whole lot of content planned! Stay tuned! Thanks for the subscribe PURA VIDA!
