Hello. As far as I know Miracord 630 doesn't have a pitch control. Did you had any pitching problems with heavyweight LP records? (180 gr. 220 gr. etc.) I'm considering to buy one and waiting for your respond. :)

Thank you a lot! Unfortunately no product in today's hifi standards are in my budget. That's why I'm searching those vintage stuff. I saw modern Elac Miracords are in today's hi-end exhibitons and that draw my attention. (Thanks to Michael Fremer) And btw, I've learnt a new thing, You can find Elac and PE in Budapest. I love Budapest and I'm searching for Film Schools to study there. If I succeed, I need a turntable there. :)

I have found Budapest Film Academy. They're not accredited yet. They have a partnership with Eötvös Lorand University. The courses are mostly English. They said I can go to English or American studies for a year and once it's accredited I can switch there. Sadly SZFE doesn't accept foreign students now. I wanted to study there. I know that Hungarian is a very hard language to learn. And it would be a no-go-way to study Hungarian. I've met a Turkish guy who lives in Budapest he said that his wife learnt Turkish in 3-4 years and he still couldn't properly in 25 Haha!

Ahh thanks for the great advise! My dreams got broken but it's good to know that. I'm really surprised that lobbying is that much effective on cinema industry. I have to lick the doors of SZFE or forget about it. Maybe I'll have some courses in BFA for self educate but sir, you have just opened my eyes. Thank you!

I'm really surprised how the conversation got there. :) It was all about a turntable.

Thanks a lot! My aim was to live for a few years in Budapest because it's my favourite city (I've been there 3 times, latest was in last June) and since I can't immigrate, (I would but I don't. You know, most people don't like immigrants) make studying my reason. And I've missed my opportunity to do Erasmus. I just love that city. But I may try something for a semester, or a year.
