Super, especially when you can't sleep at 2.00 a.m. puzzling if I can hear a chaconne in it. It looks like it stops now and then.

it does stop now and then, at the end of each section. The chaconne theme itself plays five times in between the new material

Ahh, you're the perfect teacher as well! It is well appreciated.

Again I say, play the harpsichord with harpsichord technique, NOT piano technique! By the way, do you play the wonderful Fandango by Padre Antonio Soler (though some dispute that Soler is the actual composer). If you do play it, post it to KZbin since I would like to hear (and see) your interpretation of that fantastic, and highly erotic work (in my opinion).

If I can make the instrument sound, and sound with a variety of colors, then I think I am using harpsichord technique. I started to learn the Fandango. It did not interest me enough at the time to memorize it, and I don't like to depend on a page turner. As you know, the piece has many pages. Perhaps someday my interest in it will re-awaken.
