To anybody who watches it, I want to remind one thing. This is for POSTERIOR elbow dislocations only, not ANTERIOR (which is more common in pediatric populations). Be very careful. If you do this technique in anterior elbow dislocations, you'll end up dislocating the elbow more. Other than that, pretty concise video.

Hi there, please help. I had mua left elbow fasciotomy orthopedic surgeon said I need to wait at least 1 month in order to start physio therapy. My hand does not come straight down it pains badly. Will this heal with time, and will I get my complete range of motion back? Please advise

How do i know it got dislocated or not i can move my arms upwards and any direction but the range of bicep flex is reduced , it pains in the joint when i bring my fist near my shoulder , ( actually fell from stairs )
