Elbow fracture disloction - viva practice for T&O

Dear team, I'm really proud of your work " Great Egyptian team".It's really helpful. I've a comment regarding Mr Samy's using Mason's classification in management plan for the radial head fracture. It's already a fracture dislocation which means it's Mason type IV, that makes the answer abit confusing, Thanks.
