Thank you for this!!! I have recently developed tennis elbow and truly appreciate this guided stretch. QUICK AND EASY so there's no excuse. There's always time to take care of yourself! I'm off to grab some ice! Thanks again, PJ!

Like Abigail said in her comment, I stopped working to do this video when I got the update from Patreon. I'm recovering from a what was first thought to be a TFCC ligament tear in my left wrist. Arthroscope showed a very small tear closer to the Ulnar bone (much better news), so with the help of a little brace named a "Wrist Widget" I'm slowly (and I mean slowly) building back my wrist strength. These stretches were perfect and although I did not use weights, really felt great about doing them! Thank you PJ! xoxoxo

When my patreaon app alerted me of this workout. I stopped working, typing sat at my office desk, and completed this twice so I got both my elbows. And oh my it was just what I needed. Luckily I don't suffer with tennis elbow and I don't want to either, which is why I completed this. Brilliant and very easy to do. X
