Like Abigail said in her comment, I stopped working to do this video when I got the update from Patreon. I'm recovering from a what was first thought to be a TFCC ligament tear in my left wrist. Arthroscope showed a very small tear closer to the Ulnar bone (much better news), so with the help of a little brace named a "Wrist Widget" I'm slowly (and I mean slowly) building back my wrist strength. These stretches were perfect and although I did not use weights, really felt great about doing them! Thank you PJ! xoxoxo

When my patreaon app alerted me of this workout. I stopped working, typing sat at my office desk, and completed this twice so I got both my elbows. And oh my it was just what I needed. Luckily I don't suffer with tennis elbow and I don't want to either, which is why I completed this. Brilliant and very easy to do. X
