This was a hard one only because of the 8 rounds of the Burpees and Pop Squad. Loved it still because I did it! Thank you, PJ! FYI, I Work out with you from my house bare foot and jog for about four miles almost daily. My motivation is I want to keep my bones strong and be Fit, even tough I barely get 2-3 hours of deep sleep every night. And I guess this has become a daily routine.

I am just back from a hiking vacation, and suffering from jet lag, and have also done bike rides three days in a row (gotta get those *%!@ Garmin badges 😆) in the heat. The focus on arms and shoulders was exactly what I needed today!

Really enjoyed working out with you again pj it's been a while but loved this sweaty workout 👍 not sure if coming back to you close to the end of a challenge was the best time but I've decided I've had enough of the gym classes as I feel they dont challenge me enough like your workouts do and cancelled my membership so I can workout with you again full-time 💪 looking forward to getting back on my fitness journey with you and wished I had never stopped doing your workouts and going to the gym instead 😔 But glad to be free from it and back to doing my daily workouts with you 😊

Day 13 might be, for me, the most challenging of all in the Ignite Challenge. I appreciated the exercise buffet today. I did high impact skaters and gate swings, v-sit with feet off the ground, and a pretty challenging assortment for all the other moves. Another winner! 🏆 Two days to go! 🙌 Thanks, PJ!❤

For years I would go to the gym and not see results. I really feel like this was the answer I needed. I am so proud of myself for going to the gym 4-5 times a week. & focusing on macros, being mindful on my calories. Therefore, I was hurt to see that my body fat went up, and I gained more weight. I was so shocked. I will try your suggestions for the next 4 weeks. Thank you.

Don’t have the tube, so I held 6 lb weights on each hand to open my arms, that’s ok, right?

Unfortunately that won’t hit the muscles the same as tubing. With dumbbells you have to manipulate gravity to hit the right muscles, while with tubing you can do it standing. Tubing is really inexpensive and a great addition to a home gym.
