Thanks for beautiful guide. I have quick question. Let's say driver starts his shift beyond 150 air mile radius and it takes him 1 hour to reach to that radius, Now he puts Personal/Off Duty and marks it as AG Exemption. Now let's say he spends 7 hours working within that radius (which includes On-Duty(loading/ unloading)/ Driving etc.) Query1 : Once the driver now exits that radius again, Will the above 7 hours be subtracted from SHIFT Rule (14 hour Window)

Put it this way, if you start your clock and drive for one hour, then go off Duty and go home for 7 hours and return to work after 7 hours, your clock is still counting down when you come back on duty for that day until you take 10 hours off. It's the same with ag Exempt. Once you start your clock for the day nothing stops it or resets it unless you take 10 consecutive hours of off Duty, sleeper birth, or personal conv. AG Exempt, or a combination of those 3. Ag Exempt counts the same as off duty time.

Can you use ag exempt in the middle of shift? Or does it have to be at the start of day?

What if you spent more then 10 hours within the 150 mile radius (Off duty/PC/AG Exempt). Does it count as a valid 10 hour break ??? Is this going to restart my clock, so I have fresh 11/14 when I exit the radius ? Please help. Thank you.

Yes that is correct, any 10hrs of a combination of off duty, sleeper, personal conveyance will reset your clock.
