A couple could go way for a couple of months with that van as there loads of storage and everything that you need. With the solar on the top I would add an inverter and it's all set to go off grid.

Love the layout, microwave & refrigerator is up high easy to use, like the couch set up in back great for 1 person no need to pull out for bed Sadly the main problem is Kev forgot your B. Day !!! No cake no gift 😮😮😮 just like a old married couple😂😂😂😂
