You can do similar stunts with her ult, for example using the URF cannon or ARAM snowball. Her ult lets you do things for a second or two before it locks you out of actions and performs the stun, which is where you can enter the cannon or recast the snowball (if it successfully hit an enemy). I always abuse the Neeko snowball strategy in ARAM to win teamfights and I think my Neeko ARAM winrate is 75% because of that (35+ games).
