build is good, only things I would change are 60 vigor, 80 dex, put extra points in endurance to drop erdtree favor while keeping light roll and replace it with something that make damage number go bigger. they really buffed up light roll a lot so you're entirely justified investing in it. consumables are really strong in ER (even offensive ones) but definitely a pain to use regularly if you aren't using CE or a mule for build creation

There isn't an exact right way to build for PvP, but what you did already was already great quality. In general enough in to survive then the rest to dish out is all a build generally is unless you're going high risk, but that's not recommended in 3v3's unless you're enabled hiding in the back as a caster. There is also the note that one could include just a bit of Faith just for buffs or carry boiled crab. The other modes unlock via visiting the coliseums. Also you might like trying for backstabs to slower attacks, sometimes it'll surprise you how well you can catch the window.

You can go either 120 or 150 because matching goes by like 10 levels of a person in the formula. Same with invasions. And those are the two more general regions people get to the endgame at or beat the final boss to start.
