Elden Ring - Caelid and Liurnia part 4

Moving on into Caelid to get the other half of the Dectus Medallion so that we can get up the lift to Altus Plateau. Afterward we'll go into Liurnia of the Lakes and visit a cave where we can find Latenna. After that we'll find Nepheli again and progress her questline.
