yo this is probably unnecessary but you can get a somber 7 very easily in the capital underground where 2 lobsters chill, there will be a concrete circle thing with a scarab holding your smithing 7 stone

this can be taken a step further as soon as you beat Godrick, do Varre's quest to get to Moghyn palance early and get a somber+10 stone. Can also get a bunch of itemized runes that give like 30-50k runes there for some easy more levels

No, just continue with the build. If you're lacking runes go ahead and cheese the Night's Cavalry in the area near Lenne's Rise.

Just move on with the runes it gave you and if you need more runes try cheesing the Night's Cavalry nearby on a bridge beside Lenne's Rise. Keeping the dragon alive just gives you a easy rune farm early on.

They patched the dragons death so it always disappears 3:46

I just tested it on latest PC patch 1.14, still works. You have to rush to the grace before the death animation finishes.

What spells should I use endgame,can I use dragon incantations

Dragon incantations require arcane so it's more suited for an arcane build. You can use them if you want of course, it'll just be weaker than fire incantations. Flame, Fall Upon Them, Giantsflame Take Thee are good endgame incantations. Frenzied Burst for sniping, Catch Flame for best DPS.
