For anyone else that wants to try this, if you don't want to farm materials for uplifting aromatics you can instead cast golden vow. It's an aura buff while black flame protection is a body buff, so you can stack both together. The damage boosts are the same, although the defense buff is a lot less than the aromatic but it lasts a full 80 seconds instead of just one hit.

I tested today, barbaric roar and war cry do stack with each other, probably better on a dex build though as you'd have to stay dual wielding to keep the offhand buff

It's cipher pata, erdtree/dragon seal and then pump stats into faith and endurance so that you can do basically what you did here, regen and heavy armor. No golden vow instead of uplifting aromatic? 7.5% PvP attack and 5% pvp defence is good for 80 seconds especially on non physical infusions and bubble can be easily popped.

My faith build is quite similar, except for the incantation choices. Black flame's protection decreases all healing effects, so I guess you want to make a tradeoff between it and healing incantations (but no worries, both are very good), and I choose healing incantations because they look more powerful. Instead of black flame's protection, I use golden vow. Moreover, I doubt the strength of affinity negation incantations like barrier of gold. They used to to very powerful, giving you 60% more negation, but now only 20% in pvp, which is not a lot.

BFP should only reduce flask healing, like any other item effect that either increases or decreases health recovery. Incantations or regen aren't affected.

Fyi, the blue feather talisman with this build can extend your survability by another 3 to 6 hits at low health when enduring with this active Protection of the erdtree is a good replacement over blackflame if you know your fighting a crowd of elemental users as it boosts all non physical to around 60% then endure takes everything to above 70% so your physcial negation is still high even without BF Protection

I did this at level 200 so I could have 99 vigor. 99 vigor with CAM and EF +2 plus the physick is 2500 health. If you have the Blue tear stone ring, plus royal remains and blessings of the erdtree, you’re almost impossible to kill.

After all the glass cannon builds, being able to tank *everything* is a nice change of pace, I'd say its even stronger than the glass cannons just because trading is so effective when you barely take damage

Hell yeah. Especially with the way Endure stacks multiplicatively with the other defenses. Without Endure, I don't think this build works against DPS builds. Just my opinion.
