We actually know from several KZbinrs in attendance of the 3 hour play test that the spell looked the exact same as Melina's For some reason though they changed the visuals last minute to be way smaller. If I had to guess, maybe the reason was performance issues, but then again Melina uses it just fine...

The higher the stat requirement the worse the incantation, it seems. It feels like Elden Stars all over again.

Actually Elden stars is a good incantation. Because it helps to maintain the stance damage meter on enemies/bosses. It's not built for damage but especially to avoid the stance meter to go to low with the small and continuous beams from the stars.

Surely the devs shrinking the size of the tree itself was not supposed to affect the heal radius. …Right?

Not that good, it requires 70 faith, takes 2 slots, the range is kinda low and heals less than a warming stone. It needs a buff to be honest.

it has the same FP cost as Holy Ground, which has similar radius and duration and also offers damage negation, while being an Ash of War with no faith reqs or memory slot reqs. so if you want to use this, just get Holy Ground instead. this is basically useless atm
