@@ThatGuy46- oh believe me, I got ALL of the scadutree fragments to fight Consort Radahn. And I beat him yesterday. But, it wasn't until I got all of the scadutree fragments, equipped the dragoncrest great shield talisman, the golden braid talisman, the pearldrake+3 talisman, the opaline hard tear, wore Moore's armor, respec'ed to get 63 levels in strength and 60 levels in vigor (had 50 before), used morgott's great rune, and used holyproof pickled liver that I stopped getting one shotted by a missed roll on some of his stronger attacks. Like the holy nuke he uses in phase 2, his attack where he disappears and comes crashing in like a meteor, or on occasion, his little spinning dive bomb attack he does to close distances used to one shot me sometimes, very inconsistently if I missed a roll. And even if it wasn't a one-shot, his combos are so high damage and relentless that missing rolls during them shreds hp. Needless to say, even if you have all the scadutree fragments, if your defense stats aren't basically as high as they go, you're getting one-shotted by consort Radahn.

Took me 3 hours to kill him, although I'm guessing I probably would have done it earlier if I'd used Mimic Tear cause I did get quite close to killing him a couple times before that. Still, that's, about the same time as Malenia took me, but Malenia I would still consider a far less difficult boss because you only have to deal to one blade rather than two and her attacks don't have an AOE the size of Texas.

That's why he's called the Young Lion. He was obviously already too big for Leonard at this size as he had already completely mastered gravity magic which he only ever learned for Leonard, but he was not done growing yet. Technically if we didn't slay him, he'd have kept growing again.

This was a fun video. I think the fact that his grab and his pull are effectively just free damage openings for his opponent hurts a bit though. Similarly, toning down some effects like the after image and the meteor strike helped make him easier to handle. To be fair to the base game bosses, Consort Radahn basically has double health and double damage due to the scadutree system. Still a cool video.

Ngl tho, 1st phase dlc radahn is a fun actual fromsoft boss fight, but phase 2 had to have been made some 7 year old who makes challenge mario maker levels

@@Sonic44885Second phase is pretty good after the patch fix. you need to dodge into him and not panic. because if you panic roll he will punish you. also if you get greedy he will again punish you. idk seems pretty fair to me that a final boss is hard and needs you to actually get good at the game to beat him.
