The multi hands enemy really needs a shield to deal with him. I noticed that a little in Elden Ring that shields will be more crucial than they were in DS3

If you play aggressively and stay to the right side of it the arm that’s holding a shield in it’s a much easier fight the person playing just hasn’t realized it yet but a passive play style without strafing gets you smacked over and over again

I am pretty sure you can parry that predictable thrust attack he does after his double spin attack. He does this 3 times here. During the 4th double spin, just a bit before you die, he doesn't do the thrust attack afterward but it seems it is because you are too close to him.
